歡迎使用 LoopTheLoop（以下稱「本服務」）。本服務由 LoopTheLoop 營運，營運地為澳洲。當你註冊帳號或使用本服務，即表示你同意以下條款。

  1. 服務內容：本服務提供編織相關的計算工具，以及織片與作品資料庫功能（會員制）。計算工具與資料庫功能皆需註冊免費帳號後使用；註冊與基本計算工具免費，織片與作品資料庫的進階功能需付費訂閱。
  2. 帳號：你需提供正確的電子郵件並設定密碼以建立帳號。你有責任維護帳號與密碼的安全，並對帳號下的所有活動負責。你必須年滿 16 歲，或在父母／監護人同意下使用本服務。
  3. 付費訂閱：部分功能採訂閱制，方案為月訂閱 US$5（每月自動扣款）或年訂閱 US$40（每年自動扣款，約等於每月 US$3.33）。兩種方案皆會於每個週期自動續訂並自動扣款，直到你取消為止。你可隨時於帳號設定中取消訂閱；取消後，你仍可使用付費功能至當期結束，到期後不再扣款。已收取的費用不予退還（詳見退款政策）。
  4. 你的內容：你在本服務中建立的織片紀錄、作品、照片等內容，所有權仍屬於你。你授權本服務為了提供服務（顯示、儲存、依你的設定分享）而使用這些內容。你需自行確保上傳的內容不侵害他人權利。
  5. 可接受的使用：你同意不上傳違法或侵權內容、不嘗試破壞或未經授權存取本服務或其他用戶資料、不利用本服務進行騷擾或散布惡意程式。
  6. 第三方服務：本服務使用 Supabase（資料儲存與會員系統）、Stripe（付款處理）及 Ravelry API（織圖資料）。你使用本服務時，相關資料的處理同時受這些第三方的條款與隱私政策規範。
  7. 服務變更與終止：本服務可能隨時修改、暫停或終止部分或全部功能。若你違反本條款，本服務有權暫停或終止你的帳號。
  8. 免責聲明：本服務以「現狀」提供。計算工具的結果僅供參考，編織成果可能因個人手勁、線材、環境而異，本服務不對計算結果的準確性或你的編織成果負責。
  9. 責任限制：在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務不對因使用或無法使用本服務所生的任何間接、附帶或衍生損害負責。本條款不排除澳洲消費者法（Australian Consumer Law）所賦予你、且不可排除的權利。
  10. 條款修改：本服務可能不時更新本條款，重大變更會於本頁公告或以電子郵件通知。
  11. 準據法：本條款依澳洲法律解釋與適用。

Terms of Service

Welcome to LoopTheLoop ("the Service"). The Service is operated by LoopTheLoop, based in Australia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

  1. The Service: The Service provides knitting and crochet calculation tools and a swatch and project database (membership). Both the calculation tools and the database features require a free registered account; registration and the basic calculation tools are free, while advanced features of the swatch and project database require a paid subscription.
  2. Accounts: You must provide a valid email and set a password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  3. Paid Subscriptions: Some features are offered on a subscription: US$5/month (billed monthly) or US$40/year (billed annually, about US$3.33/month). Both plans renew automatically and are charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; after cancelling, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged again. Fees already paid are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
  4. Your Content: You retain ownership of the swatch records, projects, photos and other content you create. You grant the Service permission to use this content solely to provide the Service (display, storage, and sharing according to your settings). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
  5. Acceptable Use: You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data, or use the Service to harass others or distribute malicious code.
  6. Third-Party Services: The Service uses Supabase (data storage and accounts), Stripe (payment processing), and the Ravelry API (pattern data). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties where their processing applies.
  7. Changes and Termination: The Service may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of itself at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
  8. Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is". Calculator results are for reference only; outcomes vary with individual tension, yarn and conditions, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of calculations or your finished results.
  9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
  10. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or notified by email.
  11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
