訂閱與取消
LoopTheLoop 的付費功能採訂閱制(月訂閱 US$5 或年訂閱 US$40),每個週期自動續訂並扣款。你可以隨時於帳號設定中取消訂閱。取消後,你仍可使用付費功能至當期結束,到期後不會再被扣款。
退款
由於這是可隨時取消的數位訂閱服務,已收取的訂閱費用不予退還,包括當期未使用的剩餘天數。請在不想續訂時於下次扣款日前取消。
例外
若發生重複扣款或系統錯誤導致的錯誤扣款,請來信 support@looptheloop.net,我們會調查並處理。
你的法定權利
本政策不影響你依澳洲消費者法(Australian Consumer Law)所享有、且不可被排除的權利。若服務有重大瑕疵,你可能仍有權依法獲得補救。

Subscriptions and Cancellation
LoopTheLoop's paid features are offered on a subscription (US$5/month or US$40/year) that renews and is charged automatically each period. You may cancel at any time in your account settings. After cancelling, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Because this is a digital subscription you can cancel at any time, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for any unused days remaining in the current period. Please cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
Exceptions
If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing system error), please email support@looptheloop.net and we will investigate and resolve it.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If the Service has a major fault, you may still be entitled to a remedy under that law.
